1. Collection, use and deletion of personal data

This website will only collect a small amount of personal data. All data is stored electronically.
For technical reasons, your internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server whenever you access our website. The following data is recorded when using our website:
• IP address of the requesting terminal
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the accessed file,
• Search engine used,
• Operating system of your terminal and the browser which you use (type and version),
• Name of your internet access provider,
• Data volume transferred as well as
• Notification of successful data retrieval.

It is necessary to collect this data for technical reasons. This data does not allow us to draw any conclusions about you personally. Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to use our website without providing your IP address. Processing takes place for pre-contractual purposes or in our legitimate interest to display the contents of this website to you (Article 6, paragraph 1b) and f) of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR). The provision of your data is neither required by law nor by contract.

2. Third parties

Your data will be made accessible to third parties only if wgc is authorised or obliged to do so according to data protection law. An authorisation is justified, for example, if wgc has the data stored by a service provider by way of order processing. WGC shall oblige such companies to comply with the relevant data protection law. Further authorisation may be justified if you give us your express consent for forwarding. Personal data will be used for the purposes agreed in each case, such as for displaying the website.
